
Ingredients
- 500 g linguine, cooked
- 120 g bacon, sliced
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g milk
- 200 g DODONI Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg
For serving
- Freshly ground pepper
Process
- Place a pot over high heat, add water, and bring to a boil.
- Add salt and the pasta, and cook according to the package instructions.
- Stack the bacon slices on a cutting board and cut into thin strips.
- Place a pan over high heat and let it heat up.
- Add the olive oil and bacon to the pan.
- Add the milk and crumbled DODONI feta cheese.
- Let it come to a boil for 1–2 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat, drain the pasta, and reserve some of the cooking water.
- Add the pasta to the pan and mix well. (If more moisture is needed, add a little of the reserved pasta water.)
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Divide into plates and serve with freshly ground pepper.
