Ingredients
- 500g cherry tomatoes
- 200g DODONI Feta
- 80ml olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 clove garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 300g pasta
- 1 bunch of basil (or mint)
- Salt and pepper
Process
- Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a baking pan, add the olive oil, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper, and Feta cheese. Optionally add a tsp. of honey. Bake at 200°C for 30-40 minutes.
- Boil the pasta separately according to the instructions of the box. Remove the pan from the oven and mix thoroughly. Add the pasta and the chopped herbs. Mix well. Serve and optionally grate extra Feta cheese on top.
